I started with Alstonville Quality Meats as a school based apprentice 2013

Playing Football, Gym, Hanging out with friends, Having Fun.
What is your favourite food?
Lasagne, Mums Roast Chicken, and a really good RARE steak!
What do you love about Alstonville?
Most of my friends live in Alstonville, so that is a bonus. And I play for the Wollongbar/Alstonville Rugby Union Club with a great bunch of guys.
Have you ever travelled?
I’ve only ever been to Tassie and that was awesome. I’ve got plenty of time to travel. I’ve only just left school.
Tell us a bit about you and Alstonville Quality Meats?
Well my Dad owns the shop so I have to be on my best behaviour at all times hahahaha….. He’s actually hoping that his passion for butchering rubs off on me.
